The unemployment rate for management level positions is less than 2%. That means there is essentially NO unemployment. What does that mean for you as an employer? It means that finding impact players to take your business to the next level is getting extremely difficult. That’s where we come in. With the retirement of the baby-boomers on the horizon, this is a trend that will continue.
